Anime Trailer: Demon Slayer Hashira Training Arc Reveals Global Screening Dates

Crunchyroll and Aniplex of America revealed this Thursday that-Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Hashira Training-, a one-hour inaugural episode screening of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc TV anime, alongside the ultimate episode of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc, would have its grand premiere in theaters across North America on February 23.


Moreover, the anime will also be displayed in IMAX and high-end large-scale formats.

International theatrical screenings incorporate:

  • Malta on February 21
  • On the 22nd of February: Albania, Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, Lithuania, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Italian-speaking parts of Switzerland, Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela
  • On February 23: Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Romania, South Africa, Sweden, UK, US,
  • 24th of February: Estonia, France (for a two-day event screening), the French-speaking part of Switzerland, and selected French-speaking African countries,
  • Austria, Germany, and the German-speaking region of Switzerland on February 27.

Additional theatrical dates, including for India, will be revealed soon by the companies.

The World Tour preview screenings are set to be launched in:

  • Tokyo on February 2-3,
  • New York on February 10,
  • Seoul, February 11,
  • Berlin on February 13,
  • Mexico City and Singapore on February 17,
  • Jakarta, February 18,
  • São Paulo, Brazil on February 19,
  • Paris and Taipei, February 24,
  • London and Hong Kong on February 25.

Certain World Tour screenings will see appearances from special guests who belong to the anime’s cast and crew.

The anime, “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc“, will debut this spring.

The “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc“, premiered in April of 2023 with a unique one-hour episode and was broadcast for 11 episodes. Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it was being broadcast.

The first TV anime adaptation of Koyoharu Gotouge’s “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” manga series premiered in April of 2019. Aniplex of America licensed the series and streamed it on Hulu, Crunchyroll, and Funimation. The anime was launched on the Toonami programming block of Adult Swim in October 2019.

The anime film “Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train” began screening in Japan in October 2020. The film is currently being streamed by Crunchyroll.

The “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc“, a seven-episode arc that adapts the Mugen Train film, premiered in October 2021. The follow-up “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc” (also known as “Kimetsu no Yaiba: Yūkaku-hen“) TV anime premiered in December 2021 with a one-hour special. Both “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc” and “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc” animes were streamed by Funimation and Crunchyroll.
