“Days With My Stepsister” Anime Announced for July Release

Kadokawa has revealed the character designs and announced a release date of July for the anime adaptation of the novels Gimai Seikatsu (Days With My Stepsister) by Ghost Mikawa and Hiten.

Kōhei Amasaki will play the character Yuta Asamura

Yuki Nakashima will play the character Saki Ayase


As for the cast, we already knew :


Tsutomu Ueno is leading the direction at Studio DEEN. Mitsutaka Hirota (Edens Zero, Bibliophile Princess) is responsible for the scripts and Manabu Nii (Akiba Maid War, The Day I Became a God) is handling character design.

Kadokawa released the first volume of the novels in January 2021, and the 10th volume is slated to arrive on January 25. Mikawa had previously written the series My Friend’s Little Sister Has It In for Me!.

Yumika Kanade is in charge of the manga adaptation, with the first volume released on April 26.

The story follows Yuta Asamura and Saki Ayase, who become step-siblings after their parents remarry. They gradually learn to live together while remaining true to themselves, and exploring this new family dynamic.
