Dragon Quest Manga: Adventure of Dai Xross Blade Ends
The February edition of Shueisha‘s Saikyō Jump periodical released the concluding chapter of Yoshikazu Amami‘s Dragon Quest: Dai no Daibōken: Xross Blade (Dragon Quest: Adventure of Dai Xross Blade; “Xross” is vocalized “cross”) derivative manga past Thursday. The manga’s seventh and ending compiled book volume will be dispatched on March 4.
The manga’s plot revolves around Yūki Shiroi, a lad who aspires to become a hero, but falls short in capacity. In an attempt to rescue a lovely girl known as Meiro, he stumbles into a different realm, which escalates into a conflict with a slime. Dai makes an abrupt appearance and their syndicate journey kick-starts.
Amami inaugurated the manga in Saikyō Jump in October 2020. Shueisha dispersed the manga’s sixth compiled book volume on September 4.
The 37-volume Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai manga was circulated in Shueisha‘s Weekly Shonen Jump periodical from 1989 to 1996. The manga formerly stimulated a 46-episode anime series that was on air in 1991 and 1992, and three succinct anime films that were unveiled in July 1991, March 1992, and July 1992.
The manga’s most recent anime transformation debuted in October 2020. The anime’s 100th and closing episode was broadcasted in October 2022. Crunchyroll and Hulu streamed the anime as it was telecast in Japan. Hoopla is currently streaming the anime’s English dub.
