Hiroumi Aoi Launches New Shibuya Goldfish Manga on February 22

The forthcoming February edition of Square Enix‘s Gangan Joker periodical disclosed on Monday that Hiroumi Aoi, creator of (Shibuya Goldfish), is set to commence a new manga. The forthcoming work, entitled Kemono no Ō Ma no Sekai Reconquest (or Beast King Ma’s World Reconquest) is expected to debut in the subsequent release of the magazine, scheduled for February 22.

Aoi’s manga, known as Shibuya Goldfish (or Shibuya Kingyo in an alternate title), first made its appearance in the pages ofGangan Joker in the month of September 2016. The series then commenced, and came to its conclusion in April 2021, after which Square Enix publication house released its eleventh and final book volume in June of the same year. Yen Press later secured the rights to publish the manga and released the eleventh volume in English in September 2022.
