Kenji Saitō Reveals New Kentōshi AtoZ Manga Series
In the February edition of Shueisha‘s Jump Square magazine, it was announced on Thursday that a fresh series named Kentōshi AtoZ (Gladiator A to Z), devised by Kenji Saitō and illustrated by YOHAN, is primed to make its debut in their March issue, hitting the stands on February 2.
The manga series tells the story of gladiators vying for the top position in the colosseum, one of whom used to be an online streamer.
The duo, Saitō, and Narumi Kakinouchi introduced the Akuma Gakkō ni Kayou Ochikobore Saikyō Seijo ga Kono Yo no Seigi wa Zenhitei (The Downcast and Mighty Saint Who Denies All the Justice of the World at Demon School) manga on Manga Cross in February 2021, and resolved, which the magazine published the manga’s final and fifth volume on August 24.
In partnership with Akinari Nao, Saito introduced the Trinity Seven manga in Kadokawa‘s Monthly Dragon Age magazine back in 2011. This manga motivated a 12-episode television anime format that rolled out in October 2014, and Crunchyroll shared the anime as it premiered in Japan. Sentai Filmworks made it available in English dubbed form on Blu-ray Disc and DVD in August 2016. The Trinity Seven: Eternal Library & Alchemic Girl movie introduced to the Japanese market in February 2017. Trinity Seven: Heavens Library & Crimson Lord (Trinity Seven: Tenkū Toshokan to Shinku no Maō), the second feature in the series, mimeographed in Japan in March 2019. Crunchyroll is hosting both these films.
