Original TV Anime Brave Bang Bravern Reveals Four Additional Cast Members

The official online platforms of Cygames, Cygames Pictures, and noted personality Masami Ōbari, have unveiled four new voice actors for their original TV anime Brave Bang Bravern! (Yūki Bakuhatsu Bang Bravern) as of Thursday.

The recently divulged voice cast includes:


Tomokazu Sugita lending his voice to the character Superbia

There’s also the uncredited ending theme song “Sōen no Shōzō” by the duo Ryōta Suzuki (Isami Ao) and Yōhei Azakami (Lewis Smith) now available for streaming:

The anime made its inaugural broadcast on January 11. Crunchyroll has been hosting the anime as it broadcasts in Japan, starting with the first couple of episodes aired on Thursday.

Focused around the characters Lewis Smith and Isami Ao, the anime portrays Lewis as a pilot of the American military, operating the Titanostride humanoid armor. In the heat of combat, he crosses paths with Isami Ao, the Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force’s leading pilot.

The anime features:

Directed by Obari (Gravion, Gravion Zwei, Angel Blade, Battle Arena Toshinden), the initial series of robot anime is produced by the anime studio Cygames Pictures (Blade Runner: Black Out 2022, Princess Connect! Re:Dive). Keigo Koyanagi (The Rising of The Shield Hero) is overseeing the series composition. Kouichi Motomura (Yotsunoha) is creating the character designs based on original works by Kamokamen (Wasureenu Majo no Monogatari). MORUGA and Mizuki Sakura are recognized as mechanical designers. Kenji Teraoka serves as the production designer.

Kenichi Suzumura (Bravern) has given voice to the opening theme song “Ba-Bang to Suisan! Bang Bravern.”
