The narrative features an individual named Alto, who worked as a staff in a guild but had to leave the job after being constantly bullied by the boss. Upon his return to his birthplace, he meets his old friends and consequently, they come together to create their very own adventure group.

The original story was first published by Tsukishima on a website named “Shōsetsuka ni Narō” in February 2021. On October 10, Mag Garden released a compiled volume of the narrative featuring illustrations by Chiwawa Maru.

Tsukishima introduced the narrative with a catchy title – “I Continued to Press the 100 Million Year Button and Ended Up Winning”, on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō web platform in February 2019. This engaging saga was adapted into a manga by Yutaro Shido in February 2020. Currently, the English version of the manga and the light novels are being published by Yen Press.
